Standard shipping takes 4 to 7 business days, but you can have your dress the following day if we have it in stock. Call us by noon Eastern time or place your order online by 11 AM Eastern time Monday through Thursday to guarantee overnight shipping.

Within 60 days of original purchase: J.Crew accepts returns if a dress is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.
After 60 days of original purchase: J.Crew will make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of the sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).
Please keep the large tag attached to your dress until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Once the tag is removed, the dress may no longer be returned.
For your convenience, catalog and internet purchases may be returned to any J.Crew retail store for immediate credit.
The best way to avoid disappointment is to check your measurements with our online size chart to make sure you're ordering the right size. If you have any questions about the fit of a particular style, our wedding specialists will be happy to help you.

We take extra care to make sure that your dress arrives to you in impeccable condition. We ship our Limited-Edition and other delicate wedding gowns in a beautiful keepsake box lined with acid-free paper, and include a long white garment bag and a pretty satin hanger so you can carry your dress safely wherever you need to take it. The rest of the dresses in our collection, including our bridesmaid styles, will arrive carefully folded over a hanger and ready to wear. We've noted all special shipping details in our item descriptions—you can view them in our catalogs or at jcrew.com.

If you need it right away, our wedding specialists will try to find one for you. We can put your name on a watch list that we review several times a day for updates. Even if you don't need the dress right away, you can call us to see if a new shipment is expected soon.

Yes. We had so many brides ask to
see our wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses in person that
we decided to offer a preview of select samples at the following
locations: Rockefeller Center in New York City, Lenox Square
in Atlanta, The Grove in Los Angeles and North Michigan Avenue
in Chicago.
For the first time, you can try on your wedding gown and bridesmaid samples before placing your order. Just call the store nearest you for an appointment.
Keep in mind that not all pieces from the collection are available at all of the stores listed above—call to find out if the style you are interested in is in fact available at the store you will be visiting.

All of our dresses can be professionally tailored to fit you perfectly. They come with a standard seam allowance of 1/2" that can be let out slightly. Our built-in corsets have a couture construction that can't be let out, but a professional tailor should be able to take them in.

Most of our Wedding Collection, including dresses, skirts and tops, is available in regular sizes 0 to 16 and petite sizes up to 12. A few styles are available in tall sizes up to 14, and several others are designed with bodices and hemlines that will accommodate a range of heights. Again, if you have any questions about sizing, a J.Crew wedding specialists will be happy to advise you.

Most of our dresses can be worn with conventional or strapless bras. If the dress covers your shoulders, we've added small lingerie tabs to keep bra straps tucked out of sight. The exceptions are our strapless wedding gowns, including the Vivian and Lillian dresses, which have beautifully constructed built-in corsets for form-fitting support.
