shipping to the US

You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. For earlier delivery, we'll be happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge:

• Three business days via UPS will be $7.00 extra
• Overnight via FedEx will be $15.00 extra

For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11am ET. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 11am ET through Friday 11am ET will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11am ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

note: Please allow up to 2 weeks additional for delivery for all monogrammed and personalized critter orders.

shipping address options

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected on the "shipping address" page during checkout. If you've registered with us, you can select an address from your account. Just sign in to your account before proceeding to checkout.

shipping to Canada

For Canadian orders, add $5 to the shipping and handling chart above. We ship UPS Ground Service directly to your door. Please allow 4-7 days from the date your order was placed. Duty and taxes will be included in your order total. For all other shipping methods, duty and taxes are payable upon receipt. Delays are common when shipping to Canada due to handling of Duty, PST and GST, so please factor this in when placing your order.

Shipments to PO boxes, the Yukon and Northwest Territories are shipped via Canada Post, and duties and taxes are collected at the door. Please allow 10-12 days from the date your order was placed.

We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, but we can send your package in three business days via UPS for an extra charge of $17.00.

sales tax

For purchases made in Canada, we collect duty, PST and GST where applicable.

shipping to Japan

For purchases shipped to Japan, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods from Yamato Transport.
