What are my shipping options?

We're excited to offer flat-rate shipping to Canada for USD 9.95. We ship via UPS Standard service directly to your door. You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. Taxes will be included in your order total. No additional duties will be applied at checkout or upon delivery. Customs delays can be common when shipping to Canada, so please factor this in when placing your order. Orders shipped to multiple addresses will be charged USD 9.95 for each individual shipment.

All shipments to Canada must be made to a physical address. We are unable to ship to Canada P.O. Boxes. Attention: Customers ordering shipments to the Yukon, Northwest or Nunavut territories must call 800 562 0258 to complete their order. Orders shipped to these territories cannot be processed at jcrew.com at this time.

We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, but we can send your package in three business days via UPS Express for a flat rate of USD 25. In cases where UPS Standard service is not available, your order will default to UPS Express and will be shipped at a flat rate of USD 25.

Orders shipped to different addresses will be charged separately per individual shipment. Any items shipped via UPS Express to one address will be shipped at a flat rate of USD 25 while items shipped via UPS Standard to another address will be shipped at USD 9.95.

What will the duties and taxes on my order be?

No additional duties will be applied at checkout or upon delivery. For purchases made in Canada, we collect GST and PST where applicable.

In order to receive a refund on the duties paid for an item returned, please note that the following process must be observed according to Japan Customs law. You must request documentation from Yamato regarding the duty paid and bring the goods and paperwork to a post office that handles customs duty refunds to apply for your refund there. For exchanges, the above process must be followed to receive a duty refund on the item exchanged and Japan Customs will collect duty on the new item. What will the duties and taxes on my order be?

Please note that product prices do not include duties and taxes. All duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that FiftyOne supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and taxes/VAT for your order at checkout.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

No. When you check out with our e-commerce partner, FiftyOne, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by FiftyOne. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.

How do I return an item?

J.Crew gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online for full refund within 60 days of original purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, email julie@jcrew.com or call 00 + 1 434 385 5775 to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization, which is required to process a return.

Julie and her team will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. If you choose to return an item, our partner FiftyOne will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges.

How do I request to be added to the catalog mailing list?
