J.Crew offers triple-initial monograms in either a classic block or diamond insignia. For classic block monograms, in which all letters are the same size, the initials will appear in the following order: first name, middle name, last name. For diamond insignia monograms, in which the center initial is larger than the rest, the initials will appear in the following order: first name, last name, middle name.

Founded by Peter and Annie Cormack, a Scottish couple who immigrated to Canada in the early 1900s, Herschel was named for the frontier town that became the duo's New World digs. A barrel maker by trade, Peter quickly found fortune with his Herschel Supply Co., a dry goods outfit that catered to the area's homesteaders. To this day, tiny Herschel (pop. 30) remains the headquarters of the family-run company, now better known for its bags than its barrels. This streamlined backpack features everything your little guy needs for modern-day adventures: multiple compartments (including an interior sleeve that's perfect for a laptop or tablet), zip pouch pockets with oversize brass logo zippers and leather pulls and a padded back and shoulder straps.
