Engaging associates, customers and other stakeholders to raise awareness and gain insight is important to us. Our customers and associates are passionate about our brand and expect great quality, an amazing experience and, increasingly, responsible business practices. We are committed to meeting these expectations.

We are active members in the Retail Industry Leaders Association’s (RILA) Retail Sustainability Initiative (RSI). RSI is an industry-wide educational forum for the largest U.S. retailers. It brings its members together to share leading practices, network, identify future trends, benchmark with peers and collaborate on common industry sustainability challenges. We donate unsold merchandise through Good360, a nonprofit organization redefining charitable giving by creating a circle of good that includes companies, charities and individuals working together to make the business of giving simpler, more efficient and more effective. Partnering with the nation’s top brands and a network of more than 40,000 prequalified nonprofit members serving communities across the United States and the world, the organization distributes, on average, more than $300 million in donated goods each year to help children, veterans, families, disaster relief efforts and more. 2014 marks the fourth year of our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program with Mountain View Farm in Massachusetts. Every other week, from June to October, Mountain View Farm delivers fresh local produce to associates in our New York office. For information on joining or starting a CSA, visit justfood.org.
