We're excited to offer flat-rate shipping for $8.95 and free shipping for qualifying orders of $175 and up. Free shipping applies to jcrew.com online orders shipped via ground shipping and totaling $175+ after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added. J.Crew Gift Cards do not count toward the $175 order total. Depending on your location, orders shipped via ground shipping will be shipped by UPS or UPS SurePost, which provides the convenience of UPS shipping with USPS delivery.

Shipping charges are per address. Qualifying orders totaling $175+ and including shipments to multiple addresses will receive free shipping.

Please note that delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.

*Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am ET. UPS orders placed on Thursday after 11am ET through Friday 11am ET will arrive on Monday. UPS orders placed on Friday after 11am ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. Boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses, our standard is Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.

We're excited to offer flat-rate shipping to Canada for USD 9.95. We ship via UPS Standard service directly to your door. You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. Taxes will be included in your order total. No additional duties will be applied at checkout or upon delivery. Customs delays can be common when shipping to Canada, so please factor this in when placing your order. Orders shipped to multiple addresses will be charged USD 9.95 for each individual shipment.

All shipments to Canada must be made to a physical address. We are unable to ship to Canada P.O. Boxes. Attention: Customers ordering shipments to the Yukon, Northwest or Nunavut territories must call 800 562 0258 to complete their order. Orders shipped to these territories cannot be processed at jcrew.com at this time.

We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, but we can send your package in three business days via UPS Express for a flat rate of USD 25. In cases where UPS Standard service is not available, your order will default to UPS Express and will be shipped at a flat rate of USD 25.

Orders shipped to different addresses will be charged separately per individual shipment. Any items shipped via UPS Express to one address will be shipped at a flat rate of USD 25 while items shipped via UPS Standard to another address will be shipped at USD 9.95.
