3" short with scalloped hem

I absolutely love these shorts. The scallop details are nice and make them "fancy" enough to wear on a night out. They are slightly big but fortunately these shorts have belt loops so they can easily be cinched in. I'm 5'2", 95 lbs, and purchased the 00.

I purchased these shorts in white and coral and I also purchased green and black shorts last year. The shorts are really cute, nice length and fit true to size maybe more on the larger side. I have to say though the stiching came out on 3 of the 4 short. The stitching came out on the coral shorts when I was on vacation with the tags on. I wore them because I had no choice. Otherwise I would have returned them both. If you purchase them be prepared to spend extra $$$ to have them re-hemmed on already expensive shorts. I am very disappointed with the quality.

I bought these in navy, for my daughter. The fit is perfect!!! It's tough to find shorts these days that don't put "the goods" on display. The inseam is modest, not matronly. Feminine, yet sexy.

I purchased the coral and love the style. I'm not bothered that the material is slightly transparent because it's not enough to see undergarments however after only one wear and wash (gentle cycle solo and line dried) the hem has come undone on one leg. So disappointing! I only purchase items I see myself using year after year and planned on packing these for an overnight trip this weekend. All well I guess J Crew has gone down hill. Heartbroken as I loved these shorts (I have them in seersucker too, fingers crossed those hold up).

After wearing these twice and laundering once the hem is already fraying. J.Crew should be higher quality than this given the price.

Love the fit and the quality of these shorts. They are very cute on and are the perfect length. I just ordered two other colors!
