Their product used to be nice
June 18, 2026I’ve never written a product review before but I had to. I have the original version of this shoe and was so excited to see they came out with a new version, I could not be more disappointed in the quality. I’ve had mine for years and love them, they are such a great quality suede and show overall. These look and feel like they were bought at target for $30. The leather quality is terrible, the rubber from the sole bleeds into the rattan and the shoes are shedding right out of the box. It’s really sad to see a product I know and love turn into a cheap knockoff version. There are also stitching gaps and glue visible. I can’t believe Jcrew is selling this product. So disappointing.
