January 8, 2026I ordered this sport jacket for my husband. We did not receive the pictured item. We received a generic tweed jacket with no Harris tweed label and no JCrew label, only a cardboard JCrew tag attached to the sleeve. My husband didn’t waste his time trying it on and I don’t know what size we received, so I indicated it was true to size. We are so disappointed and are returning it. What’s going on at JCrew?
