Gemma cap-toe flats is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Spring! Comfortable and stylish. Perfect addition to Spring '17 wardrobe! TTS (I wear a size 7 and have slightly wide feet, and these fit me like a glove.) The leather is very soft and the patent tip does not squish your toes, despite the point. There is no need to break these shoes in either. The fabric cotton stitching around the top edge of the shoe provides a soft cushion for your heel to rub against. Color as depicted (pinky blush tone). I rated it 4 stars because the leather sole is very soft and may not hold up as long I would like. Other than that, I would totally recommend this shoe!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TOO DELICATE TO TROT AROUND I have two pairs of these flats ready for a cobbler's visit. One pair has already been to the cobbler once to have the tips replaced.... These shoes are made of very delicate leather, and over-delicate sole. Agree with the prior reviewers that while the style is so pretty, the quality of the sole is very substandard. Please keep around but improve!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too delicate Leather is buttery soft, but thin. The leather seems too delicate to me. The size runs large, not the length but the width. The gaps on the side of the shoes are too loose, and FYI, I have wide feet. If I were to get half size smaller, it will be too snug on my feet. With the price point, the shoes could be in a better quality. Off it will go back to the store. Bummer.. since I've been waiting for almost 1.5 weeks for the shoes to arrive in mail.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality, flimsy, not for walking Dear J. Crew, Please improve this shoe! I bought this shoe twice and returned it twice. It is by far the best looking flat out there, available in beautiful colors. It looks elegant on the foot: exactly the look many of us loyalists want. But the quality! This is a delicate, flimsy indoor shoe. Is that what you're going for? If so, it's spot on. But most of us live in the real world and would be happy to spend more on more shoe. I have 10-yr-old J Crew flats that are still going strong - they are durable and stylish, and I'm sure I didn't spend a fortune on them. Please please make this shoe with a durable sole. And soul!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beautiful look... less than ideal execution I popped in the Boston Copley J. Crew last night to check out all the new items in-person. These shoes really are as flimsy (as are the pom-pom ones) as the previous reviewer noted. I'm really conflicted because they're beautiful and stylish... but the execution just leaves a lot to be desired. I picked them up and my first thought upon looking at the sole, was I'd have to send them to my cobbler to have a second sole put on top of the existing one just to extend the longevity. If they weren't so flimsy I'd buy the coral and black-capped pair and the green and yellow suede pom-pom flats. Real bummer since the leather and suede are soft and nice, just need all around more sturdiness.
