Product Details

Before there were synthetic fabrics to battle the heat, there was cotton and linen. This lightweight textured fabric from Irish mill Baird McNutt actually looks good with a few wrinkles, meaning it will look even better after that long client meeting on a hazy summer afternoon. Slim end-on-end Irish cotton-linen shirt in plaid

Slim end-on-end Irish cotton-linen shirt in plaid is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Uneven Shrinking I typically dry my Small Slim J Crew shirts--in this case, the right arm shrunk considerably more than the left, to the point where it's uncomfortable, unless it stretches out enough after several hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Lightweight Shirt This shirt fits the same as the other J. Crew slim fit dress shirts, so there are no surprises when it comes to fit. It also retains its shape well after washing and doesn't shrink. Perhaps the most significant feature of the shirt is the feel of the fabric. It's substantial but extremely lightweight, presenting a variety of ways to wear it. I wore it over a t shirt and under a blazer, and it was so comfortable and light that I hardly noticed it. It's not bulky at all. I also wore it on vacation in the tropics without a t shirt, and it feels really cool and breathable. I can tell J. Crew gave a lot of thought to the fabric and weave of this shirt, and it paid off. Well done.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too Heavey Fabric was too heavy for my liking. I will be retuning shirt.
