Very neat designs; lightweight enough for sports use; and nice leather handle Design-wise, I love that J.Crew in different colors is on one side while the prints are on the other. High quality covers, too. Plus, shipped in neat boxes that I might keep to store them.

For a beginner player (which I and my family are) these paddles get the job done: they have a decent pop when you hit the ball in the sweet spot and still have decent feel for the dink shots. I don’t know how grippy other brands are but these paddles don’t feel particularly grippy. My family has 4 of the patterns and some patterns have more texture with the rankings being Floral bright pink having the most, the check patterns having some, while the leopard seemed to have none. I haven’t played enough to say these textures made significant differences in spins though. Overall very decent performing paddles. BUT I also have to comment that JCrew’s logistics and delivery of these paddles has not been great. I’ve made 5 orders of these paddles— 3/5 orders were not delivered. One of them delivered a different style (like the reviewer before me), while 2 others accepted/completed the online orders only to cancel the order several days later.
