I love this cami. I purchased it in navy last season and got a lot of use out of it--it's beautifully cut and has a nice quality to the silk. I purchased this cami in the soft pink shade this year and noted what some of the other reviewers found--a hole at the middle of the V at the bust. There's a stitch there that's placed half way through the thickness of the silk. It pulls and can make a hole. It was very subtle. I ordered it again, only to find a much larger hole in the second one. Pretty disappointing from JCrew. I checked my cami from last year, and it too has this tiny stitch though it's much less detectable since it's navy. I'd make a friendly suggestion to JCrew to find a workaround for this stitch. Is it necessary? But all in all, I love the cut and the color, and I still find it beautiful. I'm a 00 in JCrew tops, and this was no different. It has a somewhat loose, drapey fit, which I like.

I adore this. It is beautiful, a good weight, a nice sheen, a flattering cut (those of you out there with armpit fat will understand what I mean!), and perfect style. I plan to buy another one immediately. I am 5' 4" and weigh 121 pounds. The zero was perfect--not too tight not too loose. HOWEVER, the cami came to me with loose stitching at the very top middle, and a pulled thread right in the front. Very, very irritating. I will now have to return it, exchange, and wait another week or more to receive the replacement (and hope it's in perfect condition). I hope J. Crew improves its QC for those of us who must order online.

really pretty top, versatile, fits well, but there's a major design flaw - a hole in the front, caused by a stitch added to hold the folded over part of the top down and flat. the stitch runs through the delicate silk fabric, pulls, and causes a visible hole in an obvious spot. how could anyone think putting a stitch though one layer of delicate silk a good idea??

Love the style, colors, and spaghetti straps...can't wait to wear the cami dressed up or down. I am 36D-30-39 and bought size 8 in three different colors. Have not worn them yet so hopefully the cami will be durable, questionable stitching around the bust and hemline but the spaghetti straps appear to be strong. While the bust fit fine, the waist is loose as pictured. If there was a side zipper, I would have gone down a size. The cami is not lined but the material is thick enough that it is not see-through. The warm petunia is not as bright as pictured. I agree with the other reviews...J. Crew, keep the quality and keep coming out with more colors! :)

love, love this tank. excellent quality, worth the price- I have 2 that have been on repeat since buying them last summer. It is rare that I find tops that get as much use as these have- wore them in summer & straight through the winter with a blazer or cardigan over. The material travels well if folded/rolled appropriately. They are a little too low cut for me to wear to work but others might be able to pull it off.
