Rated 4 out of 5 by judist1623 Flattering shirt, but misleading description
This shirt is a very flattering, pretty shirt, but I think its noteworthy that the "slate roof" color is not the purple that is shown in the pictures. Its actually a greenish grey. I went through the hassle of ordering what I thought was a purple top for a certain occasion and had to return it. Just an FYI.
This top also runs about two sizes large, which also troublesome when you end up having to return due to misleading description/sizing. I wish vanity sizing would end. It only ends up being a hassle when ordering online.

JCrew arnt you getting tired of people knocking you for quality? The style is great but the heft of this blouse is below your standards (old standards I suppose at this point). I should not be able to see the outline of my nude bra nor my pants thru a blouse. You should know better. This seems to be fairly consistent issue in the past few years and I find myself thinking Ill most likely be disappointed with my purchase but b/c of style JCrew is my work go-to, Makes me sad since Ive been shopping with you since I was 13. Please Please Please get back to your old standards.

Rated 2 out of 5 by PetiteLady0510 Why Not in Petite Sizes?
This is a lovely top and versatile, and I imagine it will be great for you if you fit squarely into J.Crew's regular sizes. I bought this top for work (looks like it would be great with suits!), or even with jeans for a dressier dinner. The only problem is that even a 00 size is the wrong proportion for petite ladies like me (5'0", 112lbs, 32C). The arm holes are too big, the proportion from shoulder to hip is off, and the v neck placement looks funny; basically, if this were made in petite proportions, it would be perfect, but as a regular size, it just doesn't work for me. Why doesn't J.Crew make more items in petite sizes? I will either be returning this item or spending the $ I saved by buying it on sale to have it tailored so it actually fits properly. I also wish J.Crew had petite sizes in the stores - I do a lot of returns for items like this that just don't work out because I can't try them on before I buy them. Petite ladies like to try things on in the stores, too!

Rated 2 out of 5 by StyleMaven Polyester. Really??
While I like the coral color and the style of this top, I'm disappointed that J.Crew has made it in 100% polyester given they have historically made tops designed for work wear to be 100% silk. This is usually a sign that quality is slipping. The printed version of this top (Item # C3517) is made in 100% silk and priced exactly the same. Also, the sizing has shifted as the 00 I usually order in J.Crew tops is too big, so I may consider exchanging for the 000 (I never thought stores would go down to a trip zero size?!). The length is too long, so I have to tuck it in. It would help to offer it in petite sizing.

I am in love with this top. The color is on the mark with the slate color it is a beautiful gray/blue. This top can take you from work to a casual day. I am excited to wear once the weather warms up. The feel of the fabric is nice and silky. Fits well without being to tight just flows on you. This will be a repeat all spring/summer long. Don't hesitate to purchase.
