Collection A-line silk twill skirt in watercolor floral

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Runs extremely small I was really exited awaiting the arrival of this skirt. The skirt is lovely in color....Thr saturated water colors gorgeous. After trying it on the disappointment set in. This skirt is cut extremely small. It barely came over my hips and the zipper in back came no where close to meeting. I am a curvy girl with larger hips but I thought the A line would work. Unfortunately, since I am a size 16 I can not go up a size. If you're lucky enough to have the option to go up in size you may have to go up 1 to 2 sizes or maybe even more to get a good fit especially if you have an ample bottom. February 27, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Colorful and fun for spring/summer I purchased this skirt to try and update my spring/summer wardrobe. I was thankful I listened to the other reviews. I went up one size after reading that it ran small for other women. I typically wear a size 10 in jcrew pants and wear an 8/10 in their dresses. I bought a size 12 in this skirt and I definitely needed it. I agree with one reviewer in that its not the body of the skirt its the waist that runs small and is tight. Aside from the size, the colors are beautiful and the skirt is well made. Very pretty for work. March 8, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Pretty sillouette and vibrant color This is a beautiful skirt. It does run a bit small as others have mentioned, so order a size up. There are pockets too, which were a pleasant surprise! I also liked how the silk is a thicker material. The cut of the skirt might not be flattering on someone with full hips. I had to wear it high waisted, to fit over my hips, and the cut became very A-line. I think it would look better worn at the waist, or on someone with slim hips. Finally, the color is very bright pink, and has much more purple in person than shown in the photo. I found it difficult to pair a shirt with the outfit. Overall, this is worth ordering and trying on! It's a feminine skirt with a unique print perfect for any wardrobe. March 10, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful - runs small Beautiful flowy skirt. Glad I read others' reviews before purchasing as the skirt does indeed run extremely small in the waist. I'm pear shaped and normally wear a size 4 in anything that's fitted in the waist, sometimes a 6 at J Crew if the item runs on the small side. I bought this in an 8 and am glad I did. It still sits very high on my waist meaning it ends up shorter than I expected - hitting above the knee. It's also a bit brighter than it appears in the picture. But overall a gorgeous skirt and I'm glad I purchased it. April 28, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Beautiful, but runs small at the waist I'm consistent size 0 in jcrew pencil skirt since I gave birth - used to be 00, however, the three collection skirts I purchased lately all run a tad small especially at the waist. It almost freaked me out of the idea of going to size up again - no offense - but after reading other reviews, I think the problem is probably not all with me. I would recommend to go one size up than your usual size for this skirt. Other than that, it's a beautiful spring/summer piece, the silk is heavier than I thought... February 29, 2016
