Rated 5 out of 5 by Saida Great year round trousers, even for warmer weather
The trousers feel great against skin, lining has helped to prevent some of the itchiness that wool is associated with. The fit is great, purchased a 00, very comfortable fit and perfect length for 5.2" frame with kitten heels or high heels, just tape the hem for whatever the occasion. The description states "stretch" and the fabric "gives" a little after you wear for a few hours, making it even more comfortable yet no sagging, no wrinkling through the day. I am impressed with how versatile this is as you can wear it in warm or cold weather. Great year-round suit piece. I would recommend this lined piece as opposed to non-lined, as it prevents wool from feeling scratchy on the skin. Purchased a navy and a black, navy looks especially fantastic in sunny weather! Jcrew team, can you make these in other colors please?

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ltstl Finally LINED pants!!!
First thank you, thank you, thank you, for finally providing a lined pant option again!! As with most lined pants, they looked great and lay beautifully. Sadly for me - hello hips. Please make lined pants in another fit as these pants accentuated my size 6 hips a little too much. With such hippy pants and a super long coordinating jacket I had to return.

The idea of these trousers is great. In the midst of totally hideous crops and ankle 'pants' that make women look like Hobbits (you know short legs, big bottoms, heavy swollen ankles... just look closely around....), it is hard to find true upscale pair of trousers unless you dip into 4-digits-priced European couture.
Of course 'made in China' definitely predetermines poor tailoring.
These trousers generally are good, and long enough (I am 5'-10", size 6 to 8 tall, depending on how roomy they are to fit my athletic legs, including calves, then yet it is too much loose bag around my hips and upper thighs). Need 35" min if wearing heels). However, the 'curvy fit' and too tight in the knees area makes them look a bit tacky. Pockets are missing (at least make them to fit the car keys!!!!)
I am truly exhausted by 'curvy fit', sloppy low rise that has been lingering around for too long and gotten too old, and 'stretchy' fabrics.

I'm 5'2", 110 lbs, give or take, and have killer thighs. I bought these in a 0P and they fit PERFECTLY. They make my legs look very slim! Bought this with matching 0P blazer and it's exactly what I was expecting and looking for. Well worth the very pricy tag.

I bought these in my normal J. Crew size and they were huge! They felt at least a full size larger than other J. Crew pants of mine that are similar in cut. I wish there was more consistency in sizing across the different products. I'm going to exchange for the next size down which unfortunately is back ordered till January. Otherwise, I like the style and quality.
