Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Spring and Summer blazer I've been wanting to do a review on this Rhodes blazer for a while now. I own them in herringbone, wool, and linen. For reference, I'm 5'2, fluctuate 130-150 (on/off pregnancies) I've got an athletic build with broader shoulders/back than a regular petite build. My chest is a 34/36C/D. I wear a S/M in tops and 8P bottoms (for now :) The RHODES 8P is a perfect fit without any alterations. It had the Perfect length, hitting just below the hip. Love everything about this blazer. I've read about the large pockets, but being a mom of 3 little ones, they work great. If you don't like them, I'd go with a Campbell (With that style, I wear an 8 with arm length needing alterations by an inch or so). I like the fancy buttons, and maybe if they do a cotton, use the brown tortoise shell like buttons. I'm not a fan of the brown braided leather buttons. Hope this helps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful spring & Summer blazer I am a big fan of J.Crew blazers. I typical prefer the Regent blazer (I own 4) but decided to try the Rhodes in the lime linen. I am a size Petite 00 and this blazer would not work so well w a button up under it- the sleeves are VERY fitted I would order a size up to accommodate wearing it with a button up. Since we are into warmer weather now I have paired it with silk camies and sometimes a skinny jean or some shorts. I love to pop the collar and roll the sleeves up bc the blazer has a stripe lining that adds to the outfit! It doesn't winkle to badly at all for travel. This is not a lightweight linen but I still like it because in air conditioning it works just fine and gives any outfit that 'polished' look.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Rhodes blazer looks better online than on me! I read the reviews carefully and ordered my usual 10P as I am unfamiliar with the Rhodes cut. It arrived today and I was excited to try it on. I love the deeply saturated red colour, the medium weight linen fabric and the fine tailoring. I can do it up, however, it is so tight I cannot wear it. Unfortunately I bought it on final sale so it cannot be returned / exchanged. Overall, it is far too "shrunken" a fit for my build. If you are ordering a Petite size, consider ordering up.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Patch pockets... I really wanted to love this blazer but the patch pockets are distracting and cheapen the look of the blazer. I'm not sure if its an issue of the pockets not being proportionally adjusted for petites/different sizes, but they seemed enormous on the 6P I ordered. It seemed like they took up 1/3 of the front of the jacket. Disappointed. Its going back. On the positive side, the linen appeared to be of a good weight and construction.
