Had to Exchange for Normal Size
9 hours agoI ordered the red satin Sophie ballet flats according to sizing instructions, and sized down a half size. I typically wear an 8.5 and originally ordered an 8 and they were tight. I exchanged them for my regular 8.5 and they're perfect. The satin is beautiful and I love the pop of bright red.

Sizing advice is way off
1 week agoI followed the advice in the reviews and sized down a half size in the blue suede. I Should have stayed, as the fit is now too snug and would have been TTS. This was not true with the red satin (size down at least a half size, maybe a full size).

Major size issues
1 week agoI bought two pairs of ballet flats on sale--the blue suede and the red satin. Both are beautiful but the sizing, as many have remarked, is very off! I am a pretty consistent 8.5 (39) and narrow fit in most shoes, so I followed advice and sized down to 8 in both pairs. The blue pair is very snug and I probably should have stayed with my regular size (meaning TTS) but the red pair is still slipping off my foot.. I could likely drop down to a 7.5 for a better fit. This sizing inconsistency suggests a quality issue, and using final sale to prevent exchanges and returns is a problematic practice. This is very disappointing to see used over and over again.
