Box-quilted jacket with eco-friendly PrimaLoft®

This jacket fits true to size. I'm 5'9 and 160, and the small has a nice fitted look, not too boxy. I was impressed with the warmth of this jacket. I've worn this over a flannel at 20 degrees F and felt warm enough. That said, it's pretty bulky so not a great jacket for packing down for travel. For day to day use it has been great though. My 2 complaints with the jacket are 1) the zipper sometimes gets stuck at the bottom when trying to unzip, it's not terrible though and 2) the microfleece lining extends down into the arms of the jacket so quickly pulling the jacket on while wearing a sweater or a flannel often leads to uncomfortable bunching in the arms. The extra lining does add extra warmth though so I see the reason for the design.

This jacket is a new favorite of mine. The lining is some sort of microfleece that feels really cozy, and I always look forward to putting it on. It’s very warm in moderately cold conditions, but it has two drawbacks in truly wintry conditions. The biggest one is that cold wind comes right in through the zipper because there’s no piece of fabric to cover the zipper like many jackets have. The second is that it’s not a little bit longer nor does it come in a tall size. I’m a skinny and long-waisted guy so it only barely makes it to my belt, which means cold air can sneak in around the bottom of the jacket.

I bought this item for my husband from our trip to NYC and within 3 days of wearing this item it began ripping under the arm more and more. I couldn’t believe the terrible quality. He didn’t even wear it for more than a week and it was embarrassing for him to walk around with a huge hole under his arm.

I needed a packable puffer jacket because I am going to be doing more traveling, and this was a great addition. It fits really well, so it doesn’t make me look “stuffed” as many puffers do. I did not want a band at the waist or on the sleeves, so this was perfect. It is also a great jacket to take on an airplane. I also like the unique color (washed denim) as it looks great with everything.

I gave this to my boyfriend as a Christmas present and he absolutely loved it. He can wear it with anything and it makes him look more put together. He describes it as wearing a comforter at all times. Love how it is environmentally friendly. All good things!

Some clothes just look good & feel right - so much that I'd buy five more of the same and just replace the garment after it wears - starting again with the same piece that I know I love. This coat in olive is one of those pieces of clothing. I'm a thin & tall guy so I ordered a medium. The chest and belly area fit nicely and the arms are long enough that they don't feel overly short when I'm reaching for things or moving in the coat. Living in Wisconsin I find myself wearing this coat often. Very often. In my house often. And it is very cozy. Thanks J. Crew I have purchased a much liked coat.
