Disappointing quality
May 3, 2026I bought this item in November 2025, tried it on in-store and thought the stripe pattern was SO cute and flattering. Unfortunately, after wearing it only about half a dozen times, the fabric has puckered and hem has rolled to the point it's unwearable. Cheap fabric, doesn't hold up to being washed.

INFESTED WITH MOTHS!
March 14, 2026MOTHS!!! BE CAUTIOUS WHEN BUYING WOOL ITEMS!! I opened the package and when examining this merino sweater discovered a small hole at the bottom of the sweater. I phoned to arrange a return but was told it was final sale…fast forward I went to put it on yesterday and the front of the sweater is completely destroyed by moths!! At least 20 holes covering the front of the sweater. Now I’m having to deal with a MOTH infestation. I’ve never had moths before and have a lot of cashmere and other fine wool dresses/sweaters/pants. I am FURIOUS that an item from a reputable company like JCrew sells infested garments!

March 11, 2026Love this top so much! I would say it’s thin enough to be considered a top and not a sweater but it’s still warm and comfortable, true to size so I sized down for a baby tee effect

March 3, 2026I really liked the colors in this sweater so purchased it. I saw this sweater in the store but they didn’t have a Large, but by looking at how small the medium looked, I knew that I’d have to size up. Washed well in cold water and laid flat to dry-no shrinkage noted. I typically wear XS-M in J Crew tops but in this sweater I ordered a Large and glad that I did.
