Purchased this last week and the fit is perfect! Oversized, but you can go with your normal size to get the real look and feel for this piece. Looks black but it’s a dark navy. Also caught it on sale so that made it a “must have.”

My son says this coat is perfect for London city life. He appreciate all the features and ways to adjust the fit and the level of warmth and rain protection offered. The extra pockets are a great feature and, and the high quality means it will last.

this is my ode to Engineered Garments. it is such a cool company that make very timeless pieces of clothing. Unfortunately I will not buy this parka because i bike to work and 90% of my outwear are activewear pieces. EG clothes always well crafted with extreme attentions to details. their staple piece is Bedford jacket. i have it in cotton twill but i wish i had it in tweed. they were making unconstructed blazers before it became a thing. The hidden germ is their type 5 jacket with super cool hidden pockets. It is the only travel jacket that i use. i guess my review will be disliked by many people as unrelated, but i am sure whoever will buy this parka will have it for a long time!!
