I bought two of these for my daughters, one a size 10 and the other size 12, as flower girl dresses. I originally bought them a size bigger but they were too big so I sent the 14 back and ordered the 10. The 10 fit the one daughter perfectly and we had no problems with it. The 12 and 14 both came with the outside pleats in the bodice steamed flat, giving it too much "poof", so it appeared too big on top for my other daughter. I had the dry cleaner try to press the bodice pleats back in, but they were unable to do so. A seamstress said there was too much material in the bodice for a little girl and could not be altered easily. By the way, there is a side zipper, which makes alterations difficult, and I didn't see that mentioned in the description. Overall, the dresses were absolutely beautiful for the wedding and I was probably fretting unnecessarily. The material hangs and flows magnificently and I would recommend them again. I think in the smaller sizes there would be no problem.

Runs very large in the bodice (much larger than a 2nd dress purchased at the same time in the same size). Bodice is also very sheer, not lined as well as the skirt.
Finishing around the neckline is not stitched properly. I will have a tailor repair when the bodice is altered.

Date night with her Dad! Fancy Father Daughter in San Francisco.
Her DAD thought SHE looked elegant, SHE felt sassy & comfortable and I was a proud MOM.
SHE twirled the night away!
The fit was true to size, easy in and out, navy color spot on and she wants to wear it again!
Great dress for a sophisticated yet practical young lady.

I purchased this dress for my daughter (9yo) for my sister's wedding and I'm so glad I did. The dress looked so beautiful and it fit my daughter perfectly.
