Q: Are all items available for in-store pickup?

Almost! Nearly all of our products can be ordered for in-store pickup. There are a few exclusions, such as gift cards, which are indicated at checkout.

Q: When will my order be ready?

For in-stock items, items may be ready for pickup today, depending on store hours. For orders placed before 4pm, we will send you a notification when your order is ready for pick-up.

If your order is placed after 4pm and is currently in-stock, you will receive a notification when your order is ready the next day your store is open.

Q: What do I need to bring for pickup?

A copy of your notification email, either printed or on your mobile device, and a government-issued photo ID.

Q: When will I be charged?

You will be charged when your items are processed and shipped. You may see multiple charges if items are shipped in different packages. You will, however, receive just one notification email when all items are ready for pickup.

Q: How long will my order be available for pickup?

Your order will be available for pickup for 7 days after you receive your notification email. After 7 days, the store will return your order to our warehouse and credit your original payment method.

Q: Can someone else pickup my order?

Yes. You will need to provide the individual you are authorizing with a copy of your notification email, and they will need to bring a government-issued photo ID.

Q: What if items are backordered or being personalized (such as monogramming)?

No problem. Any backordered or personalized items will be processed and charged separately when available and sent to your selected store. You will receive a separate notification email for those items.

Q: What gift options are available?

We gladly provide free gift boxing for your order at the store. Please let your store associate know at the time of pickup.
