Cashmere drawstring sweatpant

Ha! My new working from home ‘cashmere suit’ makes me feel put together for any MS Teams call. The matching set, the drawstring pants and cardigan (which I purchased in navy)… are an easy ‘go-to’ for this new hybrid working environment. I paired it with a cashmere tee (which I have a number of). Super comfortable, cozy, warm and stylish. These are my first cashmere pants and I love them!!! My regular size ‘small’ fit perfectly.

I'm 5'2", usually wear size 27 in jeans, 125 lbs, short legs, long torso, bought XS and fits perfect. Fits just a bit above the ankle. They have a high waist that's a little higher than usual. Maybe 11". Comfortable, no piling yet but could happen. Also have Morrocan Sand - a little see-through but I think okay with nude undergarments. It's like luxe meets comfort. I love them.

I am giving two stars because the cashmere is soft and light weight. I am 5’3” and 95 lbs, purchased the xxs. The fit is really where J Crew missed the mark on these. The drop crotch style hangs so low, you look like you have a saggy, baggy diaper butt. To get a decent looking fit, you have to fold the waistband over which makes them look like high waters and it doesn’t stay put. The fabric seemed too delicate to withstand washing at home so am having them dry cleaned instead. I kept them because I purchased on sale and am really only wearing them around the house.

Wanted to love these pants, but they miss the mark. Back rise is fine. Front rise is ridiculously long. As another reviewer put it “down to her knees”. Sadly, this is accurate. The waist is very high. Front rise is low. Just looks bad. Pants are also cropped at a strange length.

Been looking for a pair of comfy cashmere pants and these are comfy, just way too big. Wear a size 10/12 pant in JCrew and did t want these to be tight so I bought the L. Crotch is practically at my knees. Like the navy color and like the style, but they shed and pulls on your furniture——beware if you have white chairs and couches!

Be alarmed before buying this item. I don't even write reviews but I feel like I need to in this case to help other buyers. Its super thin, it progressively deforms while you wear it. It's only been a few hours and I have a saggy baggy butt! I normally wear a medium and it may work if I purchased an XS...but I honestly can't confirm if that's true since the crotch area is too lose. Please do not waste your money like I did. I called customer service and they told me to email the Leadership team. You got to be kidding me.
