Solid basic white jean
2 days agoThese are a solid pair of white jeans, not see through. Nice fit, fit straight through the knee, comfortable.

heavy and fit horribly
2 days agoI've been wearing J Crew jeans for many years. They discontinued the style I wear. These are very heavy and clunky - does not give a nice shape to the body. I usually love everything J Crew but these were not for me.

Baggy, too curvy through hip.
1 week agoWanted to love these, because I am always looking for 100% cotton jeans, neither skinny nor baggy. BUT the cut is wrong for me in these. They are quite curvy through the hip and I am straight. I usually wear a 25 or 24 in JCrew. Ordered the 25 and they are quite baggy. But not even going to try the 24 because of the curvy cut up top. Stovepipes are my favorite. Wish they would bring them back in high quality 100% cotton. The Factory stovepipes just don't have nice enough denim.

Fits small
Runs very small
1 week agoRuns soooooo small. I have other JCrew jeans in th same size and these are 4" smaller in the waist. I have other JCrew jeans that are a size smaller and these are also still 4" smaller in the waist. I used to be able to buy any JCrew jeans in my size and be good, but this year I keep buying and returning because the sizing is so inconsistent. (I did have one win in the boot cut jeans!)

1 week agoThe sizing is way off on these jeans. I have at least 6 pairs of jeans from J Crew, most size 27 for a normal fit, 28 if I want it loose. I initially ordered these in size 27 and could not even button them. I exchanged for size 28 and they were way too snug and looked like mom jeans on me (5'9, 145lbs). I was bummed since J Crew is one of the few places where the fit is usually consistent. Please bring back the 9" vintage slim cut jeans!
