fit a little odd
August 15, 2022crotch a bit short on these, so returned and then went with the tall version, which was better. not high rise, more like med rise. for reference i am 5'7"and the MT still hit above my ankles. regular length was much more cropped.

Finally! Pants that fits a curvy shape!
August 4, 2022Most JCrew pants do not accommodate for any rear end. If you are pear shaped/curvy/have a smaller waist than your hips, you are generally out of luck with off the rack pants from JCrew fitting really well. These linen pants actually fit perfectly and I am shocked! I am 5'7" and wear a size 8 or 10, usually a 10 in JCrew to accommodate for my butt. I bought a medium and it drapes over my butt perfectly without being snug or too lose. These are wide leg but not ridiculously so. The inseam is cropped at the perfect spot on my calves. The tall size would have worked too if you want them more ankle grazing. There is not tons of extra fabric but as a taller than average woman, I could see how wide legs could overpower a tinier frame. I love these pants so much I immediately bought a second pair.
