Product Details

This cotton canvas parka (from our fall/winter 2016 presentation) features quilted down insulation, gold hardware and a removable hood with pink faux-fur trim. Peek inside and you'll discover something we like to call "interior design," or those special hidden details that we don't have to spend time on, but do. Think geometric-printed lining from Italy's famous Ratti print house and grosgrain ribbon piping. We're also big fans of the ribbed sleeves with thumbhole details. Take that, winter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Snuggly Warm. I just love this jacket. I have just started wearing it and it is perfect in the cold. I love the pink trim - it sets it off. I am very pleased with it and am sure it will last me a long time. Bring on the snow!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fashion over Function To start, I kept the parka. I really wanted a duck cloth down coat, and this was the only one I could find. Although, if I still took the Metro to work, I would not have kept it for the following reasons: 1. The neck should zip all the way up, not snap the last few inches, 2. The hand pockets should be lined because the cold wind goes straight through them, 3. There should be a snap or hook to keep the hood completely zipped because the hood is heavy and always unzips a few inches. I sized up to Medium to make sure the sleeves were long enough, which it leaves a gap for cold air to enter the body, but a vest or bulky sweater solves the problem. Moral of the story - I drive to work these days, so I chose fashion over function. (The pop of pink faux fur is fun in the snow, but I usually don't wear it so I don't feel like a 13 year old at work.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great style I love this coat! It is an oversized parka that looks great with skinny pants. This boxy big shape is completely on trend in SF. A traditional style with a current update of shape and streak of bright color. The color of the coat and the fur is definitely darker in person. The quality is great. It's definitely a fun piece for winter and I love it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pop of Pink! This coat grows on you... at first I thought the pink was quite bright (color is much brighter in person as well as the olive being much darker than photo), but after awhile I thought that this is just what I needed for fall. I really love the subtle gold details and the pink trim looks adorable when you snap it around your neck! The quilted down interior is flat which doesn't add bulk but provides additional warmth. But as the description states it is a BOXY cut. I'm 5'8" 122lbs with broader shoulders so I opted for the size medium because it was more comfortable in the shoulders when wearing over a midweight sweater and I liked the extra length over size small. I only gave it 4 stars because I feel it is priced too high and I wish there was a feature worked into the design that would allow you to add some shape to the boxiness. Overall a fun coat!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too bulky for me Here's the thing - I love utility/army jackets. I have several and was so excited to add a winter-appropriate one to my collection. Unfortunately, I will be returning this. I'm 5'4" and wear a 4/6 and purchased a small in this coat. It was too big, but I don't think sizing down would have helped because the issue with this coat is that it is just so bulky. I felt like I was wearing a man's coat - it smothered me. It covered most of my hands and added extra inches in padding around my entire body. If you don't mind the bulkiness, then go for it because it's well made and the pop of pink is super fun. I'm sad this didn't work for me.
