Elegant and Slimming
August 4, 2021I purchased this bathing suit in black, size 8. I am 5'8", 142 lbs and age 49. I find J.Crew bathing suits to fit well, with good butt coverage. This suit is elegant, slimming and comfortable. I had a seamstress sew in the straps.

Great style and fit, but pink is see through
July 17, 2021This suit in the neon flamingo color is a beautiful color and a great style. It is a very flattering fit too. Unfortunately, the lower half of the suit both in the front and back is clearly see through even before the suit is wet. Might not be an issue with a darker color, but disappointed that this fun summer color is not a possibility.

Love the fit not the color
July 7, 2021I love mustard yellow but little did I know, not on my body! I’m a mom of two young kids and although the suite’s style, quality and and fit were amazing, the color is awful on me/shows every imperfection. Oh well, I’ll keep this cute suit hanging as my “motivator” swimsuit top tone up and get back in shape :)

Cute Style and good fit, but….
July 6, 2021This suit fit true-to-size. I ordered my usual size and one size up, just in case, and my usual size fit just fine. The style is nice and it is comfortable. However, the material is very thin and despite being lined, it is unforgiving. Sadly, I won’t be wearing this suit in public.
