I entered my initials accordingly, but what I received has the middle initial centered and enlarged instead. Customer support admitted I could return and reorder, but with a two-week personalization window and ground shipping, that doesn’t help when you need the item for a specific event. The product itself is fine, but the monogramming is not what J.Crew promises. If you care about traditional monogram order, beware — what arrives may not match their description.
