We were in Boston a couple of weeks ago and walked into the J. Crew store on Newbury Street. I bought the above shoes and my wife bought two sweaters. It is not just the shoes I really like but it was the SERVICE!!….We had the pleasure of meeting Nicholas, upstairs in the men’s department. He was very professional and friendly. J Crew is fortunate to have him on your team.

Although these shoes did take some time to fully break in for me, they are in fact comfortable. The lug sole has a solid feel. I wanted something that looked sharp but understated to dress up jeans or chinos. I couldn’t be happier with these in terms of their appearance. The color is unusual but doesn’t demand attention. I expect to be enjoying these for many years.

Really love this shoe for fall. Well made and solid, low key style. Can wear with jeans, cords or a suit.

I purchased these shoes on sale in august and I garnered one of the best deals ever. The color and the quality ot the suede is top tier. The fit is exceptional( I'm an 11). I'm very pleased.
