It's a chunky piece. The weight makes it feel luxurious but the cotton yarn means it doesn't deliver the itch-factor of chunky wool so wears comfortably over a T-shirt. The shawl collar pops perfectly to wrap the neck like a scarf beneath the ears and holds in place with a high button and hidden loop. Wear a size up for a consciously-sloppy, relaxed look with dark shorts or chinos in the summer, or layer-up over a shirt and jeans in the winter. It's worth full price but if you get it on sale, that's a win.
