Curvy slim-wide jean

I like JCrew because it has a wide range of sizes and a great design. The denim pants I purchased were just perfect size and length. But I hope more better denim quality like Kaihara denim with leather tag J Crew used create for denim pants before.

I always struggle with the waist gapping, but these actually fit. They are a good quality, wide leg pant. Wish they had more options in this fit.

Amazing fit for a true pear shape. I love J. Crew jeans but I often find the hip/waist is much too straight, so they're either too tight across the hips or falling down after the first hour of wear. These finally have the amount of room in the butt/hips while still cinching in at the wait so my pants stay up and they're SO flattering. The length is a little cropped, as others have noted, but that's fine with me. Nice width through the leg without being dumpy. I love these and hope J.Crew will continue to offer curvy fit versions of their popular styles. I pre-ordered the black too.

I purchased the same size I wear in the J Crew nipped straight jean but these were too large and too short. I am 5'3" and prefer longish pants so I was surprised to find the Classic length was too short. Sizing on these was just off for me so I returned them.

disappointed how short they are. I originally ordered petite since I have such short legs but they were waaaay too short. Also was not aware you cannot exchange petite for a regular size. I had to drive 30 minutes to return.. only to find out the systems were down and I could not return. So then I had to make a trip again just to return. It doesn't make sense why there can't be an exchange. I got a good deal so then I had to wait to see if they went on sale again. They did but it wasn't as good as before and I had already used my rewards on them petite style. Which I didn't get those back either. Despite all of my disappointment, I purchased the regular style. They are so comfy and I love the wash. They are still a little shorter than I was planning. It wasn't worth the hassle of going back into the store and searching again for a different pair of jeans. I definitely am hoping to get the full length version when they go on sale. I will now always look at the inseam measurements before purchasing a pair of jeans. I didn't check the measurements prior because I thought I was getting the same as a pair I purchased previously in a bigger size and the length was perfect.
