Quite simply, popovers are the "it" style for summer. Striking the balance between buttoned-up and casual, they work just as well with a blazer as they do with a broken-in chino short. This one is woven in striped seersucker for a preppy look that has worked for decades (plus it's one of our favorite warm-weather fabrics).
