Ripstop cargo short

Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect cargo style! I've bought the J.Crew ripstop cargo shorts for my husband over the past several years and we just can't go wrong with the classic lines of this style. I noticed that this year, the material seems a little rougher. However I expect that it will soften up over time. The style is the same though and my husband just loves the length of these shorts. So many cargo shorts that he's tried end up being much too long, they almost seem like pants length these days. He wears size 34 with the J.Crew ripstop cargo shorts and the fit is exactly right! We hope that J.Crew never ends this line, it would be cool to buy more in different colours such as Black, Moss Green or Sienna. Highly recommended! June 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by well tailored cargo that doesn't look frumpy I got these for my husband who loves wearing cargo shorts but I often find the fabric on a lot of them too thick and it ends up looking frumpy. These are a bit sleeker, yet gives him the optionality of all the cargo pockets which he loves. Highly recommend it. The fabric washes well and actually gets softer with use. October 26, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Classic These are great, well constructed shorts. I have been wearing these for years and they last through heavy wear and activity. The waist stretches, and as such I usually order one waist size smaller. Staple of my summer leisure wardrobe. December 27, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding Casual Shorts These are the cargo shorts I have been looking for. Outstanding in every way. Another poster mentioned lower than expected quality. Did not see that, but the shorts are fading, which gives them a worn in look. September 27, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by not top quality these shorts should be listed as "seconds" on web site...the stitching on the hem on the bottom is crooked and sloppy...looks as if stitching came apart and was restitched over it.[ old stitches left in ]. I expected much better for the price ! i have cargo shorts that cost half as much and are of much better quality. June 11, 2014
