Stitched-edge belt is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great belt Stylish & neat. My advice is to order your exact size and not one size bigger as recommended by J Crew.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Can confirm sizing problems It is a very nice belt, but they do have sizing problems. I ordered a 34 twice, thinking it was a one-off manufacturing error. It wasn't. The 34 measures 36 inches (to the center hole). Hope JCrew fixes this problem. Order one size down (same as your pant size).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent belt for Ludlows Nice belt with a sharp dressy look to it. Simple and plain and tasteful. I think the sizing is slightly more generous than the size in inches suggests.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from J Crew changed their sizing Over the past 6 years, I've bought all 3 color variations of these belts. My first two were both of the brown belts in a size 30. These were both bought around 2010-2012. I ordered the black belt in Oct 2016. Per my other belts, I ordered a size 30. To my surprise, the new belt was a size too small. I compared my old belts with the new one, and the new belt was definitely smaller. I went to a store to make the exchange. All of the belts are now made a size smaller than they used to be. They didn't have my size in store, so they ordered it for me. It sucks having to wait another 1-1.5 weeks to get the belt on top of having to go through the hassle of making the exchange and losing $5 of shipping costs from the original order. I wouldn't mind if it was completely my fault for ordering the wrong size, but J Crew obviously changed their sizing in recent years. Their sizing is now the traditional "one size bigger than your pants size."
