With the enterance of fall, a new hoodie was a much needed item. This one fits the bill, in a more stylish cut than most you'll find. The material is soft and warm without being overly stuffy. I tend to run hot, and I haven't had any issues wearing this hoodie. While casual, it doesn't throw off a "just got out of the gym" vibe. I think it is comfortable working as a lyer in just about any setting (almost).

Rated 5 out of 5 by 105sivel Very nice hoodie, a tad bit too slim.
I wear size medium in everything J.Crew. This medium hoodie definitely feels more "slim" than "fitted." (Arms/shoulder/chest are very constricting, making it feel like a muscle shirt.)
I will be switching to a size large at a store for that "comfortable yet not baggy" look in the item description.
The softness and quality of the hoodie is superb. While the neck opening is very tight, the actual hood of the sweatshirt is very roomy and stylish when thrown over your head.
This hoodie can be worn with virtually anything.

Rated 4 out of 5 by eeinnc Feels luxurious, but maybe a little too fitted
Make no mistake, this is a tremendously soft and comfortable hoodie. It's nice enough that I don't feel too bad about wearing it to the office on a casual dress day and the weight provides warmth without getting uncomfortably hot indoors. I normally stick to small-slim shirts from J Crew because they offer me the best fit, but I found that a size small in this hoodie was a little too snug. I sized up to a medium and it feels much less restrictive and it is thankfully not baggy. Quality seems pretty good with some minor issues like loose threads at various seams (especially on the cuffs). Overall, I find it to be a nice take on a wardrobe staple.

Rated 3 out of 5 by WaPa Cheap stitching
Great material, extremely comfortable without being too light or too heavy. I wore this a lot this spring. However, from about the second time I wore it, the stitching came undone along the top of the front pocket. If I'm going to pay this much for a sweatshirt, I expect it to last at least a few months without needing sewing repairs.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Mike Seams coming undone
I bought this sweater as it seemed like a decent weekend sweater of decent quality. I've worn it about 8 times and the stitching on the front pocket is coming undone. Pretty annoying in an item that should be fairly well made. I guess I'll have to take it in to get repaired....disappointed.
