Slim broken-in pocket T-shirt

Slim broken-in pocket T-shirt is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 41.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best in class I was initially leery because I haven't had the best experiences with J.Crew tees in the past. Usually they're too long for my torso, and the cut is hit or miss. Quality varies a lot, too. But J.Crew knocked it out of the park with this season's t-shirt line. Before reaching this judgment I tried several of the competition's offerings in slim tees and slim pocket tees. At this price point there's simply nothing better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Navy is not Navy enough The broken-in t-shirt is great. Firs just right and is pretty soft. However, the navy color that I got is no where near the ones in the photo at all. At first glance I thought J Crew sent me a wrong color instead and I had to double check the tag and make sure that it said "Navy". The actual shirt is more of a dark greay/faded black color if you ask me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great fit I purchased the slim tees last year as well. I find this year's version has a slightly slimmer fit (that's a good thing!). New colors are great, too.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from What happened to the fit? I have purchased the broken in tees for a few years now, and there has been a significant difference in the quality and the fitting. The fabric and stitching feel as if they're lower quality. They do not fit the way they previously did... The slim fit is wider and longer, just fits very awkwardly. I have read many customers complaining about the same thing, so PLEASE, please fix this, J.Crew...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality Varies I purchased two of the same style shirts from two locaions: one online and one in store. However, after comparing the two I noticed some major differences in both shirts. The most notable difference was quality. The label of the one I purchased in store said it was made in the Philippines, and the quality of the cloth felt softer, and had thicker stitching. The label of the one I purchased online said it was made in China, and while the fit is the same, the differences were lower cloth quality, thinner stitching, and longer length (about 1.5 inches). It's strange that J. Crew doesn't distinguish the two into two styles, considering the notable differences, so be sure to keep check the label of the one you purchased. I don't mind the one made in China, but when I compare it to the one made in the Philippines, I feel I got the short end of the stick since I paid the same price for both. I'm in the process of returning the one made in China and will update you on the process.
