Not for the faint of heart, these all-weather boots, lined entirely with Gore-Tex®, are a pretty serious way to get around—both on and off the mountain. Danner first got its start in 1932 providing footwear to loggers, and since then, their wares have been standard issue for everyone from law enforcement to the U.S. military. A reintroduction of Danner's best-selling 1960s hiking boots (and one of our favorites), this pair was developed exclusively for J.Crew and is crafted from domestically tanned suede. The boots are constructed using completely waterproof stitch-down construction (which seals off the boot) and feature an Airthotic instep for heel and arch support. They also come with two pairs of heavy-duty cotton laces (red and green).
