The Waffle Racer, originally introduced in 1974, was named after its breakthrough rubber treads (an early prototype was made with rubber poured into a waffle iron). This is an exact replica of the vintage style, from the waffle-pattern treads to the mix of suede and nylon. The coolest thing: J.Crew is the only place you'll find these in the whole country.
