Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW!!! I've never paid as much for non-leather shoes as I did for these, so worth it! I think I first saw these on the website this summer, and was intrigued. The color blocking with red/ blue and green with the (surprisingly comfortable) heel height make this a winner. It's TTS (7.5, maybe a tiny bit large, but not enough to add a heel guard). I haven't worn this for more than 4 hours at a stretch so can't really comment on day-long-wear comfort. If you're in the mood to splurge, I suggest you start with these shiny ponies (apologies to Jenna for borrowing the moniker).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful, but HIGH These heels are not 3.5 inches; they are a full 4 inches. Which is fine, but let's be accurate. They are lovely -- good quality, fun color palette -- but they would be even better (in my opinion) were they the stated half inch shorter. I like that J.Crew is finally offering a wider range of heel heights; not every woman wants to walk on stilts. I'm 5'2" and appreciate a boost, but a 4-inch heel causes you to walk unnaturally, so these are pretty much a no for everyday wear. I plan to pull them out for special occasions, mostly when I'm standing around eating finger foods and drinking champagne :o) They are relatively comfy given the chunky heel, so at least I won't be teetering while I'm sort of stomping around in them. I agree they are *slightly* large -- I'm between an 8 and 8.5 in heels, but the rounded toe means that the 8 is a good fit, with room for those cushiony inserts for the ball of the foot. Overall I recommend; just know what you're in for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous! I saw these in the Pinterest post about the new fall line, and eagerly waited for them to be available online. Fit: I usually wear a 5.5 in Italian-made shoes, and thought that because these are fabric and not leather, I ordered a size 6. When they arrived, they were too big; I could fit my index finger between my heel and the back of the shoe. Ordered size 5.5, and they fit perfectly. I have slightly wide feet, but the rounded toes help with width. Quality: I worry about that the seam wrapping the fabric around the heel may unravel with wear, so may put a few drops of Fray-Stop just to secure it. Otherwise, the colors are really saturated and bright, and the bit of color-matched leather on the strap to reinforce the fabric is a nice touch. Comfort: Not sure about comfort as I haven't worn these yet, but most likely not good for all-day wear just based on heel height. I was skeptical the heels really are only 3 1/2 inches tall, but measured with a ruler, and heel height is accurate.
