Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flares with a Flare, perfect with Flats Received these last Thursday and wore them a few times so far - they are that much fun and so comfortable. Soft but substantial denim - will be fine in winter but not too heavy for southern summers. Holds shape well - my wearings included a couple of 2 hour car trips and they held up well. Perfect length for flats. I am 5'10" and they are just right with flats. Would be too short with heels I think and not really sure they'd look that good. I wear a 10 or 12 in J Crew pants and got a 31. These fit a curvy figure - my waist is about 10 inches smaller than my hips and these fit both. They hug in the legs down to the flare. Wish they came in more washes. And wish J Crew made more that fit a curvy body - the pants that are labeled as working for everyone just don't. We don't all have toothpick/matchstick legs. If you don't either, these jeans are for you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these jeans! I've been searching for flare cut jeans that I could wear with flats or sneakers that I do not have to get hemmed. These have a 32 inch inseem which is perfect if you are of average height. For reference I am 5'7. Also found them to be very comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. Hope J Crew will come out with other rinses as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost..... These jeans are okay. I wouldn't call them Mom jeans but the sturdy fabric isn't complementary. I think they're worth it on sale. The McGuire jeans fit much better and the material was softer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Oh, NOOOOO!!! I put these on and looked in the mirror. What came out of my mouth was, "Oh, heck no!!" These are the ugliest, frumpiest looking Mom Jeans I have ever seen. The picture on the model looks chic and trendy, but honestly- on me, it looked like something completely different. FWIW, I also ordered and tried on the cropped version. Same thing...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost too authentic The flare and wash are great and true to my hippie past. Just wish the material was a bit thinner and stretchier instead of the thickish denim I remember from the seventies.
