Girls' straight-leg corduroy pant

These corduroy pants are excellent quality and where exactly what I was looking for; I read the reviews and so I orderd a size 8 which typically my daughter would be swimming in (especially by j crew standards); I can’t even get the loop and the button to touch; even if I ordered a size 10 I don’t even know if the jeans would close but the legs are not tight and the length is perfect. There is something truly off with these pants… it says that we can’t exchange or return but for something so way way off we should be able to exchange for the advertised size. I purchase most of her staple clothes from j.crew and this is the first time that an item has been REALLY small. Even if I buy the loop extenders, I don’t think that it would reach… so now I’m left with pants that no one can wear (donation time).

I bought a pair of corduroys for my son and this pair for my daughter. I should have gotten her the boy ones as well. They are slim but roomier than these and full length. These are very short. I really didn’t want cropped pants. The pockets are adorable though.
