Age: 35 to 44Misleading Monogram Description – Don’t Trust the
September 29, 2025ordered this pocket square with the Diamond Insignia monogram and carefully followed the instructions on J.Crew’s website, which clearly state that the last initial will appear in the center of the design. I entered my initials accordingly, but what I received has the middle initial centered and enlarged instead. Customer support admitted I could return and reorder, but with a two-week personalization window and ground shipping, that doesn’t help when you need the item for a specific event. The product itself is fine, but the monogramming is not what J.Crew promises. If you care about traditional monogram order, beware — what arrives may not match their description.
