Wallace & Barnes wool cable-knit sweater

This sweater is the one premium sweater quality sweater that J Crew does each year. Every year they do one outstanding sweater in men's and this is it for the 2025 collection. Beautifully done and this is a nice heavy itchy wool (my fave). If you don't like your sweaters hefty and with a premium weight this is not the sweater you. Five stars.

I wear an XL normally in JCrew, however i had to exchange the XL for a large as this runs big a boxy. The large fits perfect, amazing quality and color, wiah thwy had some other color options available in this sweater. Im 6’1 220lbs

The wool is very scratchy and itchy. The look is great but it’s extremely uncomfortable to wear. Disappointed = 3 stars.

The design of the sweater is beautiful in person, and you can really see the texture in the cable-knit. Runs on the larger size as expected for this type of sweater. A size large measured roughly around 24 inches pit to pit. 100% Donegal wool. The wool is itchy to be expected at this price point, so you need an undershirt.
