January 25, 2023THIS COAT IS FABULOUS., I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA SO I DID NOT NEED THIS BUT I AM SO GLAD I BOUGHT IT. I RECEIVE COMPLIMENTS EVERY WHERE I TRAVEL WITH THIS COAT. I WAS LUCKY TO GET IT ON AN EXTREME MARKDOWN AND USED POINTS SO IT WAS A STEAL. I BELIEVE THAT I WOULD HAVE PAID FULL PRICE FOR THIS. AMAZING.

December 2, 2022Tried on this coat at Westfield Mall (when I was lucky to return the final sale Shirt-jacket in stretch wool I mistakenly purchased in one size too small; thank you J.CREW for your leniency!) -- and it's gorgeous!!! This was the only item I was drawn to try on as it had caught my eye online and I was not disappointed. For reference I am 150#, 5'5" between a S and M, and the M was perfect. The cut is full enough for a sweater but not sloppy at all without one, with a satin-type lining and in addition to looking good, feels good to wear. As the fabric is 100% acrylic and has no wool content, I think the coat is a bit overpriced and I would not pay full price, but I don't pay full price for anything ;-) so anyone who has the extra bucks to acquire this grand coat will definitely not be disappointed. It is cut true to the best of J.Crew and classy. Fingers-cross I can snag this coat after X-Mas, for under $200. ;-)
