Elegant Coat!
February 11, 2021I own several J. Crew coats, but this is my first Lady Coat. I have always been uncertain about the fit, since so many reviewers of previous versions state how small they run. This one had more reviews that the fit was TTS, so I decided to give it a try in my regular size 8. So glad that I did! It is more fitted than other coats, but I think a size larger would be too big in the shoulders and chest, for me. Nice to wear over a top or dress, but not a thick sweater. I love the blue color, and how elegant this coat is!

Elegant
January 30, 2021I had my Lady coat that still looked good for 18 years and I knew that it was time to replace it. When this coat came out(very similar to my old coat) I knew I had to purchase. I purchased 2 colors. Yes, the material is thinner but the coat looks beautiful on me!!!

Beautiful
January 29, 2021This jacket is perfect for dressing up a pair of jeans, or for a achieving a more professional look. It’s so flattering and keeps you VERY warm. I tried buying it twice and it was out of stock. Finally saw available again and snagged it up. I paired it with some dark wash jeans, over-the-knee boots and a navy blue blouse. It looked great! I’m so happy with my purchase.

Perfect coat
January 21, 2021I’m 5’2”, 34DD, size 10 or 12P and 29P. I purchased a regular size. The sleeves and length are perfect. The fit is TTS if you are wearing a blouse or t-shirt underneath.

Double-breasted lady coat in Italian double-cloth
January 16, 2021I purchased black and vintage white...and returned them both, as neither fit me properly in the chest. The vintage white ran smaller than the black. Huh? The lining was utterly disturbing with poorly sewn seems. Furthermore, the lining in the sleeves was low quality and not the same lining as the rest of the coat. I could go on and on and verbally crucify this coat but what’s the point? In a nutshell, once again, J.Crew - you missed the mark. Your brand is suffering. Your clothes are overpriced for the low quality garments being offered. You’re cutting way too many corners when it comes to quality. It is evident that the customer experience means nothing to you.
