Ruffle-sleeve dress in ramie

I was afraid to order this dress based on a couple of the reviews. I’m so glad I took a chance! This dress is stunning and fits like a glove. This is great for travel because it can be dressed up or down and the material is perfect for summer. I ordered the 2 and it fits perfect . No alterations needed at all. For reference I’m 5’4, 120 and carry my weight in my hips. It hits me slightly below my ankles so it’s perfect w/flats and heels. This dress is a 10!

Quality of j.crew keeps on degrading every season . This dress is cut in a very strange way not sitting at all on the chest . Very cheap ramie . Lined with polyester when it supposed to be a summer dress . Very large I can put in on with out unzipping and still large . And this collection. Very cheaply stitched . I’m trying to find old collection item , still brand new on eBay as I lost hope of anything good moving forward

Very disappointed was looking forward to it . the dress is huge 2 size bigger very strange cut not fitting properly. I bought it based on positive review. Quality of ramie is very cheap looking. Total loss of money. Since 2020 the fit is never right . I’m giving up on j.crew . I really miss the old times . Today prices are high and quality very low

I’m a plus sized girl. This dress is cut through the hips to perfection. I wish there were more colors of this dress so I could have them all. This dress flows with the wind. I’m a lover of linen, but I think ramie is going to be my new summer love. I’ve never experienced anything quite like ramie. Yes it’s sheer—and thank goodness. It is 97F in temp here and this dress is giving the total fantasy of luxe and sexy in muted tones that are up par. The dramatic shoulders balance the dress’s chic partial ruffle at the bottom. Compliments at every turn when I wore this. I just love it. Please make more like it. Makes my other designers look sad and tired. Jcrew! You outdid yourself on this. There is NOTHING like it in plus size anywhere.

Gorgeous dress! I ordered this dress in a size 4, 6, and 8 since I wasn’t sure on my sizing. I kept the 6 since it fit best. The size 4 was a little tight in the chest due to the slip underneath being fitted. But 8 seemed to fit fine too just a little bigger than I needed in the shoulders. I’m 5’-2”, D cup, and about 151 lbs.It’s a very beautiful dress—the sleeves are so pretty and the pattern is too. It actually hits me right below my ankle so it’s good for heals or flats. I was surprised it wasn’t longer so I probably won’t wear it with really tall heals.
