Petite Plume™ women's luxe Pima cotton duster

First the name is deceiving with the word petite in it - this thing is way too long and huge. There is nothing petite about this duster. But the water part is - in order to return it you have to call call center and then wait for them to call you back in order to request return label. Why can’t it be done on line besides wanting to make it harder for people , I don’t understand. JCrew should pay attention to how companies they subcontract operate . Lately everything I purchased through JCrew has been disappointing .

I'm 5'1.25" and it was very big on me.

I love how the sleeves fit snugly around the wrists and forearms, preventing them from getting in the way. It feels great to wear and is perfect for warmer climates where a bulky robe isn't practical.

Feels amazing, looks gorgeous, makes you feel like a French movie character. Not matronly or dowdy. It’s so soft that my children sit on my lap and beg to be wrapped in it. It’s TTS but arms are snug.
