Stretched Out During Wear
2 days agoI love this style so I bought these pants in two colors. Some said they run small so I bought the size 4. They felt a bit snug so I was glad I bought the larger size, until the end of the day, when they were stretched out and looked too big. I did repurchase the size 2 and am happy with that size.

3 days agoI bought two pair of these chinos in a 00 which is my normal size. For reference, I am 5'3'' 100 lbs. The fit was way too small. I was totally surprised as I am narrow in the hip and usually have difficulty finding pants that are small enough. I am always grateful to JCrew for usually being fairly consistent with pant sizing. I reordered in a 0. They fit much better and are really cute on...keepers! I am writing this as I find it hard to see reviews in my size. I, like so many, am dependent on reviews before ordering. I gave them 4 stars for inconsistent sizing but they are quality and loaded with detail.

Stretch out fast
5 days agoWhen I read the other reviews stating the pants run small- I sized up. That did not work out because then they were too big in legs but snug in waist. I returned for a smaller size and then they were very tight in waist and still big in legs. I do not like this fabric. My old JCREW cargos had better material. They never stretched out so much. They look sloppy on. Very disappointed at the material being used now.

Fits small
Fun alternative to jeans
5 days agoThese pants are a really fun alternative to jeans. I wear J Crew Petite pants 95% of the time but found the Regular length to be perfect - they hit my ankle in the same spot as the model (I have to imagine she's wearing the Tall length!). They are slim, though, so I sized up to a 4 where a I would normally be a 0/2. Very flattering with hardly any stretch after a full day of wear.
