Cable-knit cardigan sweater with jewel buttons

First I must say I love the sweater and the gorgeous rhinestone buttons. I must say I first bought a size XS and when it arrived it was quite large. Sent it back and ordered an XXS, fit is better. It does run quite large and normally I would not have kept the XXS but the sweater is so beautiful and warm, I decided to keep it. I even wear it in the house as my "robe" and it looks and feels wonderful. So great to have an actual warm sweater from J.Crew as they are usually so thin in fabric.

Great color, very versatile, the jewel buttons add something extra! If you like a jewel like I do, it’s a must have! Only thing is it runs big. I always wear large but ended up with medium and it’s perfect.

I purchased this in a size medium. I waiver between a medium and large depending on how fitted the item is. I found the sleeves to be overly billowy and long while the body was cropped. I'm 5'4 with a short waist. For my body type it didn't work. If I were going to wear it open or over a dress then I would've kept it but that wasn't its intended purpose. The quality seemed very good. The buttons are beautiful.

Loved this sweater the moment it appeared on the new arrival list. Purchased it immediately. Just received it and it is beautiful! The problem is it runs extremely large, at least 2 sizes larger than what I normally wear at J.Crew. I've been shopping at J.Crew for 20years and the last few years the sizes are all over the place. As I just received it in the mail today, the XXS is sold out. I will have to take mine back as it just literally hangs on me. It's really a shame I paid full price and was so excited to receive it and wear it.

I think this sweater is beautiful. I’m not sure what the fuss is with the sleeves—they are a little balloony, but not ridiculously so! Maybe someone got one that was mis-sewn? Anyway, it fits a bit on the larger side but I did take my normal size. It’s slightly cropped but it fits as shown on the model. I am super sensitive so while it’s soft, it does scratch, but not too much, a cami or tee underneath will take care of that. Definite plus to any wardrobe!

I would give this stunning sweater 10 stars if I could. I ordered my usual Size Small and it fit perfect for a “relaxed “ style. It’s soft (not itchy), slightly cropped, the arms are “not” ridiculously big and the buttons are beautiful. It’s not a standard sleeve but it’s not huge, it’s on trend with the overall style of sweaters for 2022/2023. This sweater is also very warm, flattering and versatile. I absolutely love it.
